All companies ipo’d in 2021

Are doing so bad. Most of these companies stock >60 percent down. Have they given more equity grants with the stock being so down. Some of them are gitlab,nextdoor,marqeta,affirm and the name goes on . Will people tale risks and join these companies now since it might be down too much.
