It definitely isn’t legit. It violates the TOS for the services it provides.
It'll likely be challenged in court, but I don't think it's fair to say it's not legit. It's legit in the sense that they're exploiting a loophole of family subscription plans. Streaming services will likely argue the family plans were never intended to be used that way, this company will argue their service terms never explicitly prohibited it, and the whole thing will go to court.
It’s not legit in the sense there is no agreement between the content provider(s) and this company to allow access to content behind the paywall. Access to services such as Disney+ is available as a DTC offering and also wholesale agreements with MVPDs. While a loophole made such a service possible, it is in violation of T&Cs. They are not authorized resellers.

This is called IPTV. In other words, illegal streaming websites that pirate the content. $15 is plenty for them as there's only infra cost. They pay nothing for content

I'm just gonna say Servarr + Jellyfin Backend. I use the Infuse App on my AppleTV to watch and I honestly hate when I ever have to open the Netflix app. Finally streaming again without enshittification. Plus you get proper 4k BluRay quality. Cost component is up to you, but with a Raspberry Pi and a cheap HDD you break even very quickly. Both together are like what 200-300€ max depending on how much space you need. There are even request websites so my partner is downloading stuff via phone, super easy.
How many people are really interested in setting up Raspberry Pi? 1 in 10k? It's like saying you can make a 10 courses dinner yourself. Guess what, people prefer dining out for the quality and experience. Same for Netflix
The average demographic on Blind is a software engineer in their 20s/30s. Setting up a raspberry pi is like no effort at all, all you have to do to set this whole thing up is toy around with a docker compose file and then take like 30 mins to adjust all the settings. Running this for half a year now and the experience is amazing. UI of Infuse App looks very nice. I can watch from anywhere, 4K is actually 4K, no advertisements and no doomscrolling through 100s of low quality shows. Nothing gets removed. There’s even an interface to find new shows and movies, looks super neat and is super easy to use even for my non tech partner. I could go and on, but Netflix in 2024 just sucks while this is amazing.
