Here’s what OP did, if you want to mimic it - Don’t do shit at job, be mediocre, but be good at LC, coast for the first year or so, jump, rinse and repeat.
If you jump too much you’ll get flagged, it’s ok once every year or two but do it too much and recruiters will filter you out.
Spotify just did third layoff of the year. So your third job in 4 YOE is reasonable.
Who cares if people think ur a hopper. TC is what matters and early career hopping is optimal
Multiple <2 year sprints will get you that label and you should explain yourself. Outside of that, I doubt anyone gives a fuck other than the boomer generation
