I am working optum India at Gurgaon location with following details Yoe : 10 Grade : 28 Position : Software engineer manager Salary : INR 26 lakh fixed + 5 lakh variable Qualifications : B.tech + M.tech in computer science Technology : Java full stack engineer Role : 40% project lead India side team(12 people) and deliveries + 60% development individual contributions in coding side Kindly also suggest your opinion and opinions for me.. Climb one step at a time. Move from optum to a better tier company. That SDM move should be easy. Target tier 2 like factset, oracle etc. keep learning system design and leetcode and then move to tier 1
Of course you are underpaid. Your tech stack is good. LC a lot and move out . You can reach 1 cr in 3 years if you work right and hard
