Amazon - Layoffs
When are they gonna announce them? I saw someone in #remote-advocacy saying it’ll get announced next week. Not sure if it’s true. We’ve seen layoffs in Amazon music and games, so I assume there will be more. Would be cool if anyone has some info. TC: 170k

Hey Everyone I would really appreciate your inputs. A close person I know got affected by the layoffs recently and is on H1B visa. As soon as they know about it, Can he/she go on FMLA or is that not possible?

This information is incorrect. Employees have the right to take fmla all the way up to their last day.
