So, they delayed the reviews and employees told no wage increases to expect afterwards. They stopped the trainings within PXT team for any new/transfer employees (called nesting), and let go of the temp workforce supporting PXT. Within accommodations teams (part of PXT), about 1000 were let go last round. The ratio of those to AAs they support is now too high. I think next big wave going to hit site HR more than other parts of PXT. Site HR has been overstaffed since COVID. TC $230k; 10 yoe #layoff #amazon #aws #tech

lol yooo
Why shouldn't they. They also outsource the operations portion (not u.s. based) but really if you are dumbing down allowed responses to just hr/pc super conservative blurb, what really is hr doing.
> Why shouldn't they Because it’s an idea dumber than applicant tracking systems.
They do have disability n claims related automation in process. Not too far fetched.
But what’s the update? 🤷♂️
They need to automate FMLA processing due to the very high number of people using it to delay their automatic PIPs
I was laid off while on bonding leave. It’s legal and I talked to a couple lawyers and they confirmed. Just as long as it’s not a single layoff, they will do it.
No wage for all employees?
Any update on how many left in people’s engine team in PXT?
I'd like to know too. People Engine is the most toxic org ever.
Why would you say that? I have an offer from them lol still not rescinded and joining is in 1 month
