Every retailer does that. It's like displaying the item that you want to sell the most in the front aisles. Whoever is trying this lawsuit doesn't know basic retailing. This isn't gonna fly.
Yep, people don't even realize the best shelf space in all groceries store are bought by companies that sell those items. I guess these people are going to go sue the food companies and grocery stores because the most expensive items are usually at eye level in the grocery stores.
I prefer FBA products. * Easier returns/refunds * Free shipping eligible * More support Yes, there are often lower prices from other sellers available but price is not the only criteria when making a purchase. I guess some people might not like this take but FBA has its advantages. Easy returns matter a lot when buying online

I hit many cases where the mobile search for a category does not show me cheaper products at all. I can find them only in anonymous desktop searches.
