WLB not great and limited growth potential. Major culture issues. Would recommend Prime Video. AWS, or Ads over Alexa.
Feels like this is the sociopath org so it can be awful at times but also extremely entertaining. Mostly soul crushing though. Growth potential is great if you pull the right strings. We wfh 3 days a week. If you turn off slack notifications and don't install email on your phone wlb is decent.
