Amazon Alexa International Team?

YOE: 4 Current: 30B + 3 Amazon: Role - SDE2, Team is working on "creating next-gen voice experiences for Alexa", I remember this from the interview with the manager Amazon TC will be received in 1-2 days (Negotiating based on my below offer) ( won't be accepting if TC < OCI, asked for marginal increase ) Oracle OCI : 40B + 6 JB (1st year) + 6 JB (2nd year) + 19L RSU/year I'll be getting an offer from the above team. Does anyone know someone who works in the Alexa team or has any reviews on WLB/work for the same? Thanks! #amazon #alexa

It's a good team, lots of work and may not have the best wlb. Not as bad as the horror stories on blind.

OP, did you have any counter offers or OCI offered 65L TC just based on interview performance and current TC?

Had a counter offer from Zeta/Tekion with TC of 50 (40B + 10JB, 45B + 5JB) and 30L ESOPS (over 4 years). Mostly looked at the max band offered for IC3 from leetcode compensation posts and asked based on that.
