Amazon Alexa upcoming onsite
Hi! I’ve got an upcoming interview, SDE 2, with the Alexa (probably Alexa Devices) team. I’m looking for last minute focus points before my scheduled interview (next week). Also would like to understand the degree of depth that’s expected in the SD rounds. Prep period: 1 month Prep items: LC - Top Amazon Q’s, Top 100 Amazon Q’s in last 6 months, Amazon Explore card and few other reated problems. (Total 70E, 80M, 15H) System Design - System Design Primer (for understanding various topics), Grokking the System Design, and some youtube vids (TechDummies, System Desgin Interview) Yet to start LP and OOD. As for OOD, looking to use Grokking the OOD. yoe: ~4 current tc: 115k (no rsus, or bonuses) Appreciate your help! #interview #amazon #alexa
Make sure you know your LP. It’s very common to get down leveled because of LP. Coding should be LC medium.
If you have time try to read the paper on Dynamo DB and Map Reduce.
