Amazon Appsec hiring

I recently got offers from Amazon and Splunk. I'm planning to take the Amazon offer just for the TC. But I recently heard that the team in Amazon is still actively hiring despite having a big team. Should I be worried about layoffs if I chose Amazon as there is news about recession? #cybersecurity #security #interview TC: 220k Yoe: 4 Amazon L5 TC: 295k Splunk TC: 255k

Take Amazon. AppSec has a good wlb compared to other teams. AWS is a better option given the recession and future prospects. Even the TC is significantly more.
