Contract to hire is good
But 63$? No benefits for contractors like health insurance & perks
Getting health insurance and basic perks from the staffing firm.
I got $92/h back in the days... Contractors got low ball offers as well nowadays...
That sounds kinda shitty. $63 an hour for crappy staffing firm benefits in SF sounds like a bad deal. Given the economic conditions what incentive do they have to buy you out as an FTE?
Thinking to go with Amazon at least for now just to strengthen up my profile and open up new doors, considering the current market situation. What say?
63 is very low atleast 100 is what u deserve. U on H1B via multiple vendors in between?
