Amazon Creative X team

There are tons of job post for Applied Scientist, Generative AI from Amazon Creative X team on Linkedin. I wonder if it’s a relatively new team and perhaps have a ‘better’ culture. Can anyone share what’s it like? or will it die out as soon as the hype is over? It’s either that or staffing firms (prob contract role), or positions that pays even less than Workday.
