Amazon you should consider as it'll be a better lifestyle in Dublin and more opportunities. whereas DE Shaw is not even product based so good work is not a guarantee. Amazon culture might suck but atleast you'll get good work and good location.

Are you from IIT? Imo, de shaw is more prestigious than amazon!

If you want to learn scale, dont join shaw. Max number of users at any point of time for any product here is < 2000.

How did you got Amazon Dublin as a fresher? They didn't force you to opt for Hyderabad or Bangalore since they've lots of openings here
