Recently received L5 MLE offer from Amazon. The offer details are below: Tc : $300,620 Base: 160k Sign-on 1st year: 130k Sign-on 2nd year: 92k RSU: 76 The offer is for Alexa AI org. Is there a room to improve the offer? My interviews were excellent, originally interviewing for L6, was slightly short on bar raiser as per recruiter.
