Amazon L6 Product Manager salary
I have my virtual onsite next week and had a discussion today with the HR about the salary, she said they are targetting 200k total comp and this is in Austin. Is that a fair comp for Austin? Yoe: 10 Current Location: New York #amazon #product

With 10 YoE, you should get a TC of $300K

Bro, sorry, but I'm an L7 PM-T and you're not getting 300k, especially in Austin lol. That's bottom of L7 PM-T band. L6 PM band should max around 230k (PMT is 260k). 200k is super fair. Also, not being a dick, but based on your writing here you're going to have some work to do @ AMZN. never directly accept what the hr offers.. ask for 230k and wait for counter.. they will let you know when they are not willing to budge at that point make a call
