Amazon L6 SBA
I am expecting an offer from Amazon for L6 Senior Business Analyst role. I am currently in (MCOL) area and the job requires relocation to Seattle. What should be the expected salary range? My current TC is 140k. I did a comparison at several sites like Numbeo, nerdwallet etc. and the equivalent is given as 225k. Given this, should I expect atleast a 15% hike from 225k or would this be way out of range? Current TC:140k Seattle equivalent as per above sites: 225k Expected salary range:??

Had an offer for about 250k at AWS, L6 Sr. BA in Nov. And this was before the cap on base was raised

Coworker joined June 21 with TC 190k out of Phoenix, AZ. I'd say 200k is probably the max you can push for, and only if your xp/educational credentials are strong
