Amazon L7 salary range India
My interviews with Amazon went very well. The recruiter told me that they want to go ahead with the offer for L7 position. What is the max i can expect for L7 level? Current CTC: 3.8 Crores

Amazon, do you know how far the L7 EM band goes at Google?
I think L7 is a down level compared to Vm ware Prinicipal. AFAIK their top of the band offer might just match your current TC. I definitely think you should push for L8
I doubt if Amazon would be able to even match your current CTC, you are almost at the higher end range of L7. What's your current base and how much of the current package are the stocks?
2/3 of the current comp is stocks
Wow, didn't know VMWare gives so many stocks at principal, they were giving me around 1cr for staff couple of years back so I didn't join. I guess your package got elevated due to Broadcom stock price increase in last one year.
Does VMware pay this much for Principal engineer, wow
