Does the interviewer tell you typically what leadership principles they are looking for when they’re asking the behavioral questions? Also, are you allowed to repeat stories from one interview to another interview?
LP questions I got were literally LPs from the list, not cryptic behavioral questions. They are not supposed to ask the same questions, but have a couple examples ready for each LP just in case.
Got it, so were they like talk about a time you had to earn trust or showed customer obsession?
Yes, exactly. You are supposed to have the answers ready since they gave you the list ahead if time.
Some do, some don't. You can repeat stories but try to make sure they map to multiple LPs
Typically, how many questions do they ask per LP!
Dummy question here; what’s an LP?
Leadership principles, core values of Amazon
It's a Lopsided Popsicle. Most likely banana flavored
LPs were never directly mentioned but it was pretty obvious what the question was about, I did a little bit of repetition but always focused on the details more relevant to what the interviewer seemed to be probing for

Who here has accidentally clicked on the Korean Hyundai ad?
They don’t ever tell you specifically but it’s pretty obvious I personally tried my best to avoid using the same stories - each interviewer took a ton of notes and I figured they would be shared
Got it thanks. What about same project, but specifically talking about one step of the process that wasn’t really delved into detail before?
I think thatd be more than fine They REALLY want you to go into detail though I didn’t prepare LP as much since I’m in a leadership position, but some interviews 75% of the time went towards LP
