Have an offer at the Sunnyvale office for Amazon Devices team. Just wanted to get a sense of how’s the crowd, workplace, cafeteria, WLB and benefits (yes trying to find a silver lining)? Workplace is improving with a couple of new buildings. Cubicles are nice if you are into cubicles vs open space. Cafeteria is good, really good. You have to pay for it though. Parking is good too. WLB depends on your organization. Benefits are Amazon benefits, nothing different (except maybe some minor things) comparing to other California offices.

OP, I have a friend working there and the inside scoop is that most organizations there are absolute sweatshops. You will learn a lot but be prepared for the hard grind. Stay away if wlb is important to you.
Aren't those questions supposed to be asked in the interview?
I’m sorry, What was I thinking getting opinions from a third party platform from people who might have worked there before or have heard about it, or wait, people who are current employees willing to give some insights due to the anonymity of the app. Thanks for the tip!
