Amazon Offer
Hello, any one with Amazon offer and waiting for H1-B?, I got offer last year and waiting for H1-B this year to move to seatle. My worry is what if I wont get H1-B what will be the stand on the Amazon offer, any one had similar experiences? please share.

Yes one of interns had an offer but we had to give up on her because she could not get a visa
Lucky you. I was in similar position with Microsoft. They made an offer last year but I wasn't able to join due to H1 B issues. They promised me to apply for H1 B this April. When I followed up this Jan the conversation went on for 3 months ending with nothing. They came up with all sorts of new policies during that 3 months. But, from what I am seeing in your case, you should be good. Hopefully, they will consider your for a different position and go through interview loop if H1 B is approved. I am not sure if USCIS is going to scrutinize because of future employment (Fingers crossed as I am in the same boat). Good Luck @bhoomi!
