I have rejected Amazon’s offer for another offer one month back citing compensation reason. Now HR comes back and says another Hiring manger is interested in my profile he can match my requested comp. He is a level 7 senior manager with atleast 6 l6 and 6 l5 reporting to him. Not sure if this matters but wanted to say. I am a data engineer and this offer from amazon seems to good for L4 DE Is this normal? First Offer: 185k Second Offer: 220k Yoe: 3 Level 4
