Amazon Operations Manager L6 Salary
Hello Team Blind. I am looking to switch job areas and have been invited for my final round with Amazon for a L6 Operations manager position in Southern CA. I have not had any discussion regarding salary and am curious the kind of TC and breakdown this position can expect. 17 yoe (8 related), MBA, 5 years management. I would expect between 180-260k

I have 107k for operations engineer in Michigan as salary expectations Waiting for final offer What did you get?
I know someone who joined as L6 Ops Mgr in WWOps. You can expect 140-150k base and 50+30 (Yr 1&2) bonus. Plus 40 (no.) RSU. Do share when you get the numbers.
120-130k base 30k sign on 20-30k 2nd year bonus 80 stock, vest in 4 years

That seems so low.
I think total TC should be around 250 at least with your experience. Unless this is like on the ground operations vs product ops. Might be lower in that case

I keep thinking that 160-180k seems fair, but I honestly don't know if that is in the range.
