Amazon PMT-ES vs PMT
Got an offer for PMT-ES. What’s the difference between PMT and PMT-ES? Heard ES means external services, does that restrict the role to AWS? Are there any other implications (compensation, type of work, products, etc)? Thanks!

ES is better. Pick that

ES is currently restricted to AWS, but you can transfer as a PMT if you want to switch internally. ES has a higher requirement.
