My university’s handshake app has a job posting for 2021 masters graduates and it appears to be rotational program. I think I would be interested in the PMT role. Since they are open to university grads, is there anything I can do to stand out among all the applications out there? Are they extremely hard to get Into given it’s for college students? What do they look for? What would a typical TC be for these types of programs? The college I would be graduating would be from Northwestern. I’m technically a grad student, but I’m almost 40 Years old, so not sure if this is not appropriate for me. TC 120 #amazon
