Amazon Prime vs AWS Commerce
I have to choose between Amazon Prime team vs AWS Commerce team. Although I am leaning towards AWS Commerce, I am cautious about the AWS org in general due to rumours/facts about that org being too stressful to work with. Please comment your views.

Haha. It's the same 10% discount on certain Amazon products that all employees get.

What exactly is the charter of AWS Commerce?
Deals with generating bills, invoices, payment. They are trying to improve the customer experience with buying AWS stuff. They will be rewriting certain services and UI.

Prime is moving to Bellevue, just another data point.
Team or company no longer matters. That’s the new reality. Meet and discuss day2day with immediate team members and the leadership team. Then go with the one that gives you a better feel.
It's team dependent like any other company. I consistently work less than 40 hrs a week
Also if a manager consistently bleeds employees, he will be let go.
