Amazon RTO business idea
Objective:I’m looking to start a business as I now need to pay for gas due to RTO. Strategy: 1. Take 200 to 500 bananas from the cart daily and become supplier to local food stores, including Amazon fresh. 2. Start coffee business via doordash or fresh. People can place order for coffee and we get an L3 from India to call into the Amazon buildings to order specific coffee, and we can pay the security guards to pick up the coffee and put it in front desk for door dash pickup from building. This business requires no up front cost and is highly profitable. Flywheel as the great Jeff called it.
You need some place for bananas to ripe. Amazon has solely green bananas and even they are gone quickly.
Somehow I got into the startup world unintentionally, I sold my previous project that took 2 weeks to make for 50k last week, and rn I decided to actually try with another. We just received 2 VC pre seed investments from our pitch deck, the key really is to know and network with people. My partner, business and marketing, just has meetings left and right and I’ve come to learn that I wouldn’t be able to do it without them.

Okay how about this: office attendence time share. Setup an OnCall rotation with your teammates, and one person will go into the office per week and scan all the badges in/out. If boss asks why you're not at the desk you're more productive spending all day in a pod
