Amazon SDE2 offer, but seeking Twitch in SF. Help!
Seeking advice! Have an offer from Amazon for SDE II, but I'm honestly much more passionate toward Twitch in SF. Do I need to let go of the Amazon offer, and apply to Twitch? Or can I make use of my current offer in some way? Thanks!!
Which team is the offer for? You can ask your recruiter for any open positions in the Twitch teams. If not, you can do an internal transfer after you join your current team.

Maybe you can’t do it right away, but we have constant transfers from amazon coming in. It’s dependent on which team is hiring I guess
Twitch has separate team and separate ats for recruiting. They have a policy of not competing against their parent company. I believe you would have to decline the Amazon offer and apply fresh at Twitch
Offer details: 150 + 160/2 + 120/4 I’m very appreciative of the offer, but not as passionate about the team I’ll be working with. Anyone from Amazon or Twitch can pitch in?

Yes, we do. Some people are there complaining that twitch “changed”. But that’s just the natural progression

Internal transfer is also a thing. Tell the twitch recruiter that you already have an Amzn offer.
