Just know what you are talking when solving any of the programming challenges . Prepare a lot of you are not naturally knowledgeable in algorithms.

Sorting techniques, their complexities, pros and cons and which spring technique is more applicable for the given dataset, etc. Read the graph theory. Try to address the common problems like traveling sales man, dead lock problem etc. Tree parsing, Binary search tree, balanced binary search tree etc.
Also keep doing leetcode Know about how to start with high level design and then dive deep. Design rounds are more about communications and asking right questions
Just practice the Leadership principles well. They don’t really have high standard on technical questions, as long as you can kinda come up with some solution.
