Amazon Seattle SDE II

I am being offered for around 215k TC. I didn't work for big companies, but worked for long time and leetcode hard problems I was solving 15 years ago. Is it worth to join and try and then join other company when opportunity comes, or it's waste of time? Is NDA also really going to prevent me from that?
