I am looking to learn more about supply chain manager role at amazon. Years of experience needed? Salary compensation? Interview procedure? How long does the interview process take? #e-commerce #retail
Any supply chain or instock role at Amazon is thankless. Be prepared for that.
From amzn transportation space , I'm not supply chain but yeah it's all pretty thankless but who cares it's still satisfying as long as you can quantify the productivity.
Every role here is thankless except Papa Bezos himself
If youโre asking this question I guarantee you will not get hired. If you are hired you will be devoured and shit out.

Work in supply chain, lots of roles depends on the team. Do you know what team? It's wide open landscape. pays pretty good for YOE. Stock helps.
Yeah I've been on a few teams and who youranager is makes a massive difference in how the teams dynamic is as to weather it's a gulag or a relaxed great experience where you can actually be happy to work hard, been on both types
Which supply chain teams are good. Howโs GSF, Music and Devices teams
Dm please
If your looking at a specific role and I would say this for anyone applying to any role try reaching out to the hiring manager and the recruiter they can be good resources for finding out actual info for the role and also you want to make sure your manager is cool
Retail Supply Chain @ Amazon is great. It comes with a lot of accountability and ownership. Unfortunately Salary comp is <<< SDE and tech roles. I've seen mostly new MBAs come in , get up to speed andin 2-3 months and do a great job . Yoe anywhere between 2-8 yrs for an L6 role.
Which team are you part of. Is instock manager position L5 or L6?
You guys keep saying this instock manager I've never seen this type of posting on our internal boards. Sounds like retail , with supply chain focus. Which is retail.
Yeah that's team fresh my dude. I'd check out blind for more stories about amazon fresh . Good luck. The team looks strong long term Amazonians. Job is an L6 in NYC so pays gotta be better than most.
I was looking at Supply Chain Optimization Team jobs. They are looking at 2-4+ yoe and Masters.
Yeah that's a new dept they are looking for strong cannidates that have done it before
Does amazon have entry level positions for masters graduate?
NALH is the hashtag they use , I think HR said there's over 200 jobs posted right now
Maybe look at the job posting
Like the job posting will tell you anything that's not generic ๐
