Passed Amazon interviews, now recruiter is asking about TC expectations. L5 position. Current TC is 350. Levels.fyi indicates Amazon probably can’t match at L5. Thoughts?

That's way above L5 band. That's pretty high into L6 band. You won't get that.

Yeah you're likely being down leveled. What's your yoe? Did you ask for an L6 loop?
15 yoe, I got down leveled to L5 I think.

Yeah gonna say firm no on l5 matching that, but prove me wrong
i mean he would need to get even higher than 350k to leave. So he would have to be on high end of l6.
