Amazon / Twitch cooling period

1. Does Twitch have cooling period from the most recent interview? I heard from someone I know but not officially from HR/recruiter. 2. Does the Twitch cooling period apply to Amazon at the same time, meaning if I get rejected by Twitch today I should wait 6 months to apply any Twitch and Amazon job regardless position categories.
