Living in Vancouver for past one year, great city, beautiful beaches-mountains. Very good quality of life. Have friends in Amazon Vancouver, have only heard good things about them. Expensive but affordable with your salary. Free healthcare, easy to find the doctor if you have a family doctor, getting one is just a matter of few days, so get it done as soon as you move.

Canada is fucked. Expensive as shit and health care system is fucked, if you can even get doctor
From my experience living in Canada for 8 years, this is not accurate. Health care is good. Each province has their own health care system which is free. Health insurance is not as high as in USA.
It's so good that you will get better by yourself before you can get any appointments.
