Amazon advertising team
Can anyone help me know how is the WLB and the org/team in general for Amazon advertising in SoCal ? Growth opportunities ? Any input would be helpful #culture #officelife

In terms of the business, I find ads interesting. Changes your perspective once you know how ads are served. Work-wise, very team dependent and not super exciting. Best case, you'll find some interesting projects to keep engaged for a couple of years. Worst case, not sure.. maybe lot of ops and tech debt work, leading to pip. I think I'm in one of the better ones.
Is it easy to change teams within Amazon?
I don't have firsthand experience but as a rule of thumb, I would say it's not easy to change teams anywhere. Maybe relatively easier at Amazon, given that you're not blocked by being on focus/pip.
Do you like working on weekends? Pip? And sev2? If yes, join immediately.
