Time to Unionize. Amazon is petty and backstabbing to the point where it actually hurts the business. Deliberately having high turn over and a culture of fear doesn't help profits. Have a backbone like the LPs say TC 310k

Disagree and Commit.
More like Disagree and Commute!
Or you can have backbone and find another job
Only lazy coasters who want to lie on couch and watch TV all day, are the ones fighting hard to keep WFH 😂
+1000
You seem to be one of those boot licking stubborn middle manager trying to save your job doing nothing but showing up at office and watch p*rn.
It’s Amazon. More than half are on visa.
And none of them will most likely walk. Too much to lose
Which is exactly why US work visa laws are complete bullshit, especially for Asian people, you get layed off or fired or quit your job, you just have 60 days to get another job or you have to leave, this gives all the leverage to shitty companies who can use it to abuse H1B's, who are stuck paying off massive student loans, and unlike every other nationality we don't even get residency here, regardless of how many years you are here and how much money you've generated for the US economy. I've been telling everyone I know to avoid the US especially right now with the layoffs and economic instability
So a group of Amazon employees went to the office just to walk out of the office? Am I missing something here?
During lunch hours, because you can be fearless and fearsome at the same time 😂
Glad to see you understand the labor laws and how protected employees are to speak up.
Just leave! Tech is for innovators not bootlickers
Yes brother, every time I didn’t like a company I left , that’s it , easy
Baaaa amazon baaaa
This will not work as workers can still choose to work. True unions like those in France will lock the door so that no workers can work.
Murica has no workers rights without a union. Need to start somewhere so we can actually stand against these things.
Yup Murica don’t give workers the right to pretend to work from their couch 🛋️ at home 😅
Workers of the world unite!
Yeah right, because that worked out so well last time!
What’s the context?

Will the “walkers” harass their coworkers who disagree and don’t join? Like every good collectivist would?
