Can anyone share work culture of AWS finance? Is it brutal in terms of long hours? Thanks

It’s bad for most teams. Definitely stay away from anything with an FP&A component. Some business partnering roles are good, as long as the team you are partnering with is good. TC is lowest out of all job families.
