I am on OPT and my EAD end date is 02/03/2020. Recently recevied an offer from Amazon and i explained status of my present employment authorization and recurter mentioned they cannot take a risk of hiring me and terminating after 2 months. does Amazon hire and allow me to work from other country (there is also off shore team for same team) and bring me back to US after my H1 is approved? Can i negotiate on that basis ? is that risky ?

Read the latest news in the rules change in this years H1b on USCIS that came out this friday. Lawyers are anticipating volume of applications never seen before in the upcoming season. I dont blame Amazon for not hiring you right now. Going offshore and coming back is definitely the way forward
