No bonus or RSU refreshers per say. RSUs vest 5-15-40-40% from year 1-4. Your cash sign on bonus likely is spread over two years, first year slightly higher. RSUs are granted for future years if your “target” comp (hidden) is not met with current RSU value, this happens at an yearly comp review.

Yep, basically why lots of Amazon employees get frustrated and leave. If stock does a 2x like it did in the last few years you still end up making lots so 🤷
