Amazon health insurance

Joining Amazon soon and I wanted to understand how people go about selecting insurance. I've always had PPO insurance, but that doesn't seem like an option in Amazon (strange). There is a Kaiser hmo plan. I've never really heard of this before. Since hmo needs you to be in the hmo network, is the Kaiser network good in Seattle? What is the most common plan for a single person ? No family or on going health conditions but I do not like to self medicate even for small things like cold. So looking for easy and low cost options for regular office visits.
