Amazon health insurance premium cost?

I am evaluating an offer from AMZ. If you’re on the HSA plan, how much do you pay for your premium each month? It’s not listed on the US benefits webpage and I don’t want to ping the recruiter again. My current employer pays for my premiums so want to check it out. I’m based in NY.

Are you on HSA? That seems high for a premium (not HSA deduction)

Definitely High Premium Low Deductible PPO plan, very safe bet since US healthcare is biggest joke.

HSA cost is negative $112 per year. Monthly premium for employee-only is $33/month in 2021 and 2022. Yearly contributions into HSA cash account from Amazon is $500/year. In 2022 it's temporarily $625/year just for 2022, because they've changed the plan year to be a calendar year and 2022 is a split year with two deductible periods; I believe it may be back to $500 in 2023 unless they raise it.
