They'll still email you to tell you you're a rockstar but there won't be a job req link
Just got one yesterday. Apparently my private LinkedIn profile is a perfect match for a role that I can only learn about through short discussion with the recruiter.
You will get even more emails from Amazon recruiters, but now they will be asking you if you could refer them to a job at your company.
