Awful. Amazon is known for their horrible treatment of employees in fulfillment centers, contractors, & hourly workers. Shame on you Amazon for stealing tips from drivers when it’s clearly called out on Prime Now that the 100% tips go to drivers.

That’s how the world’s richest person accumulated his Billions $. Tax breaks (coming out of tax payers pockets) & penny pinching from workers. Awful.
This is the worst. And they don't need to do it.
It’s horrible but standard practice for tipped workers. Anytime you get waited on the staff’s tips count towards their minimum wage of $2.15 an hour. It’s why we need to end tipping.
The whole problem revolves around minimum livable wages. I understand the cost of goods will go up but that’s fine. At least it will stop exploitation to an extent. Trying to help these drivers & servers with tips isn’t the right way to solve it.
