So I have been trying to sign up for amazon music unlimited for the past few days and every time I sign up, minutes after I get an email saying my subscription has ended. Seems strange since my payment method works for other amazon services, but for music unlimited it thinks the card I am using is fraudulent. This seems like a really strange bug...
Have you tried support / customer service? We’re generally very good at resolving issues like this on the first call, and you’ll likely even get a service credit for your trouble.
Same payment method as is used on my prime membership. Called yesterday and today still no resolution. Curiously I ordered something from amazon restaurants last night with the same card, with no issue.
I have the same issue at Amazon.com. Customer service is terrible and refuses to acknowledge there is an underlying issue.
Call and complain and get a free month of service.
I did call and complain multiple times.. never have I tried so hard to pay for something and not be able. When I complained all they said was that I’d get a call within 48 hours. Still no call back. I switched to Apple Music
Is it the same payment method you use for your Prime membership?
