Amazon new pay bands
Can someone provide the new pay bands for amazon SDE2 and SDE3. Seeing some insane offers recently on blind. TC ~ 220k
SDE3: I hear goes up to 625k I am having major fomo now. I am not at Amazon anymore 😢

Source is the telephone game we used to play as kids. 1st guy said $200-$250, 2nd guy said $250-$450, 3rd guy said $760-900… if we keep going, Sde2 will be $79-$92million!!

This is what I don't understand you have new grad posting similar and higher numbers.
I'm yet to see an internal employee post their $300k+ salary for L5s with only a couple years of experience in our pay equity slack channel. I call bull on the extravagant (300k+) L5 offers for 2-3 YoE
Any more data on SDE3 offers that amazon is giving ? Heard that it is now going up to 600k .Is that true ?
Most I've heard is closer to 450 for Bay Area. 400 for Seattle. I hear there is an internal slack channel #payequity
