Just finished on-site on amazon. I think only 2 on 5 interview was good. How Amazon review the application after the interview for the final decision. All interviewers was typing on keyboard recording everything I said. Why they do that?

What happens when most of your team is Indian?
Did they not explain why/ what they are typing before the interview started? All my interviewers explained
Same here, have had 3 interviews at Amazon, one external and 2 internal and all of them mentioned they were just taking notes and is required of them.
