Does Amazon onboarding starts before background check? My background check started few days ago but already got onboarding email. Didn't know it's that quick!

you should wait for background check to finish before you move. if you fail it, it will cause trouble.

during background form being filled you had option to ask for a copy. If you didn't talk to HM or recruiter about it's status.
