Managed to buy a >$2000 item for ~100 on prime day. It’s obviously a pricing error. Assume it ships (it has not): 1. Is this immoral? 2. Is it immoral to keep it if it ships? 3. What to do if Amazon adjusts price on credit card afterwards?
Product Link please
Dang wanted to get it. Missed it. On another note, not sure if it would ship though
It shipped. Just keep it. Amazon won't back charge you the difference. It's a pricing error which most/all reputable companies respect.
How do you distinguish between a price error and a targeted, unadvertised offer?
Pretty widespread (everyone could see it), and all cameras were the exact same price
Keep it amazon won’t charge the difference..it’s their job to make sure prices are accurate not your job to reverse engineer their pricing
They can cancel the order or charge you the full amount. Business do have policies in place to charge CC in case of such event. Walmart sent me two blendtec blenders claiming one was lost and they charged for the one which was lost after a month or so. Obviously they told me I can return the blender for a refund which was grinding my kale smoothie.
Curious if it'll ship
FML. Here comes the mountain of COEs 🤦♂️
They’ve canceled order in the past when this happened.
Camera?
Yep. Seems all amazon folks already knew it.
Which camera?
