Heard from manager that I got approved for l5. Here is my initial offer 1.5 yrs back TC 193k (150base+40k/30.5k signon+47rsu) What should I expect any rsu/base increase from my promo?

Not 10% 🙄🙄🙄, I got 3.5% increase and they maxd out my base at 160k, no rsu.. My projected comp this year is 200k and my projected comp next yr is 230k which means I don't get any rsu since the stock they gave me initially doubled

Isn't base capped at 160K?
Yeah it's 160k and I got performance increase of 2.5% and I am at 153k on base
