Amazon recruiter completely ghosted me
Is it common for Amazon recruiters to completely ghost candidates? I took my OA about a month ago, passed all the test cases and the solutions were pretty optimal. I spent a lot of time preparing for the assessment and 90 mins for the actual assessment. Why would they waste our time?

That sounds like amazon recruiter. Nothing personal, that's their work culture. Happened with me for multiple of times

Same thing.
Because it’s a rat race, there are multiple factors not just the OA which decide the candidacy I have had this happen for so many times that I just had to move on. I am sorry that this happened to you but I am sure for them we are just a resume.
